Delivery Driver (Multi Drop)

Our client, a well-established and award-winning premium brand based in Sharpness, is looking to recruit two Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to join their friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis.

Extremely low turnover for a delivery team, with 11 staff having worked there from 8 – 14 years.

The successful candidate will be a reliable and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a key representative of the brand, you will build positive relationships with regular customers while ensuring home deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
Duties:
- Deliver products to a set selection of regular customers circa 60 – 80 drops per day depending on location and number of drops.
- Be a friendly face to customers when delivering, representing a premium brand.
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner at all times.

Hours: 4 days per week: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday (No Thursdays or weekends). Start times vary between 4:00am – 5:30am, finish times can vary depending on drops/location/speed – anywhere from 11am – 3pm on avg.
Salary: From £26,227.76 per annum base salary + £7,800 - £8,840 productivity pay + annual KPI bonus up to £880 (sent in two parts – once before summer, once before Xmas) + annual profit share bonus if applicable + benefits including;
