The Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll connect schools with amazing educators, grow your client base, and make a genuine impact.
You will:
- Build and develop relationships with schools and nurseries
- Source, screen, and place education professionals
- Ensure compliance and deliver excellent service
- Take ownership of your desk and drive business growth
About You
- Passionate about education and making a difference
- Strong communicator, confident in building relationships
- Driven, resilient, and proactive
- Sales, recruitment, or education experience a bonus – but not essential
