Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a Term Time Only Employment Mentor to join the Foundation Studies team based at Gloucestershire College.

We’re looking for an Employment Mentor to join our Foundation Studies team, supporting students on our Supported Internship programme. You’ll plan and coordinate personalised work placements and employability sessions, build strong relationships with employers and families, and work closely with external agencies to remove barriers and open up opportunities.


You’ll also be a key point of contact for interns, parents/carers, and employers – promoting the value of employment and helping students move into sustainable work or further support services after the programme.
