In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll champion inclusive education across the college, ensuring high-quality provision for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those with high needs. You’ll lead a dedicated team, shape strategic direction, and collaborate across departments to embed inclusive practices that support learner success.
 
With responsibility for statutory compliance, funding streams, and continuous improvement, you’ll drive innovation in SEND support and help create an environment where every student can thrive.
