Build and maintain positive relationships with local schools, teachers, and external partners to promote Gloucestershire College and support young people with their next steps. Provide information, advice, and guidance at school events, assemblies, open events, and taster days, helping students explore the opportunities available to them. Support a smooth transition into college by working closely with schools, local authorities, and internal teams to identify and assist learners who may need additional support. Use data and feedback to monitor outreach activities, evaluate their impact, and identify opportunities for improvement. Work collaboratively with curriculum and marketing teams to ensure outreach activities align with College priorities and deliver an excellent experience for schools, students, and stakeholders.

About You

Experience supporting young people aged 14 to 18.

Experience working with schools and careers guidance staff.

Experience building and maintaining positive external partnerships.

Experience planning and supporting events.

Ability to travel between campuses and external locations.

Experience working collaboratively with internal teams.

Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
