Contract: Casual
Purpose:
To ensure the fair and proper conduct of examinations in an environment that enables a student to perform at their best.
Duties (further details in the attached application pack):
- Set up exam venues with required materials following strict procedures
- Guide and supervise candidates before, during, and after exams
- Enforce exam regulations and maintain a calm, focused environment
- Respond to candidate queries and report irregularities professionally
- Monitor attendance and manage late arrivals or early leavers
- Collect and secure exam scripts and materials post-exam
- Provide reading and scribing support for students with special needs

Fluency Duty
This role has been identified as falling within the definition of requiring fluency in spoken English. You will be required to speak English with confidence and be able to conduct a conversation and answer questions for extended periods of time.
