What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 GCSEs, Degree & QTS
• Ability to plan, prepare and deliver a curriculum suited to the age and ability of EYFS pupils
• Ability to lead a team effectively to secure strong outcomes for children
• Strong skills in assessing and recording progress, using data and formative assessment to raise standards
• Ability to create a stimulating, safe learning environment tailored to early childhood development
