Permanent, approximately 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum, SCP Point 9 (£27,254.09 per annum). (Approximate pro rata salary for this role based on 30 hours will be £18,964 per annum)
We are looking for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join us. The successful candidate will be highly capable, who works with students to make a difference, are passionate about their education and are able to inspire students to give and achieve their best. The HLTA will work under the Deputy Headteacher and Deputy SENDcos, and will take a lead role in coordinating and supporting students with SEMH needs.
The role will ensure that students with EHCPs make progress over time with their SEMH targets by performing the role of a key worker for targeted individuals, monitoring and evaluating progress and working with others to plan appropriate provision.
