Salary: £25,847 - £27,603

(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract: Full-time all year round
Note, you may be able to take annual leave term-time, with approval from your line manager, if it meets the needs of the college and the role.

Are you an exams administrator looking for a new challenge?

Are you looking to move up to a position with more responsibility?

We are looking for an experienced exams professional who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful to join our exams team, someone to:

  • to support our Head of Exams with registering and entering students for exams
  • to provide first-class exams service, supporting year-round internal and external assessments and exams, to allay concerns and resolve issues
  • to help students and staff to access everything they need to complete appropriate and JCQ compliant assessments and examinations
  • to be well organised and be able to organise and support the training of others
  • to be fastidious at checking, tracking and monitoring
  • to ensure appropriate and timely support is in place for learners who need it.

If you have knowledge and experience in this type of role, are a good communicator with strong IT literacy and customer service skills, are a team player and would like to work with us at our thriving college, we’d love to hear from you.
