Cirencester Primary School has vacancies for 2 class teachers (fixed term possibly leading to permanent) from 1st September 2026.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teachers to join our vibrant, nurturing school community. At the heart of our ethos are the values of Positive, Respectful & Caring and we are seeking someone who will model these values every day and inspire them in our pupils.
About the Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching that engages, challenges and supports all learners. You’ll plan and deliver a broad, curriculum, use effective assessment to drive progress, and create a classroom culture where every child feels valued, safe and motivated to succeed.

• A teacher with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum (and EYFS where relevant)
• Someone who builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
• A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development
• A teacher who promotes excellent behaviour through positive, respectful & caring alongside high expectations
• Someone who supports pupils to develop the Cirencester Code of Curiosity, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration and Confidence.
• A team player who contributes positively to school life and whole-school initiatives.
Experienced teachers with a proven track record of at least good teaching and outcomes are encouraged to apply.
