Thrive Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a warm, nurturing preschool provision within a highly regarded primary school in the Evesham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education, child development, and creating positive learning experiences for young children.Role OverviewAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant within the preschool, you will:Support the planning and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities.Work closely with the class teacher and early years team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.Build warm, trusting relationships with children, promoting confidence, independence, and curiosity.Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.Support personal care routines when required.Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing in line with school policies.Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
About YouWe are looking for someone who:Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years/Education (or equivalent).Has experience working with children aged 3–5 in an educational or childcare setting.Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.Has a nurturing, patient, and proactive approach.Understands the EYFS framework and child-led learning.Is committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of all children.
