Working closely with the Executive Headteacher, you will lead the day-to-day life of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education, care and opportunity for all pupils.

• Build strong relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and the wider community
• Work closely with the Executive Headteacher and Federation colleagues to contribute to wider Federation development
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, behaviour and inclusion
We are looking for a leader who:
• Has significant senior leadership experience and a proven track record of school improvement
• Can demonstrate tangible impact on pupil outcomes
• Has a strong understanding of high-quality curriculum and teaching
• Is an excellent communicator and relationship-builder
• Is committed to working collaboratively across a Federation
• Will uphold and model the values and ethos of our school and Federation
• Places children at the heart of every decision
• Is ambitious, reflective and ready for the next step in their leadership journey
Shortlisted candidates must be available for interview on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd April 2025.
