What You’ll DoAs a Teaching Assistant with Thrive, you will:Support pupils’ learning and development in mainstream, SEND and alternative provision settingsWork collaboratively with teachers and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environmentDeliver targeted support to individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their potentialHelp uphold high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding for all learnersBring empathy, patience and adaptability to every interaction
Who We’re Looking ForWe want professionals who:Are committed in helping young people "thrive" academically, socially and emotionallyHave experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)Communicate clearly, work as part of a team and act with professionalismAre flexible in approach and willing to adapt to different school environmentsShare Thrive’s commitment to quality, partnership and making a positive impact in education
Desirable but not essential:Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent)Experience in SEN / SEMH or alternative provision settings
