Learning Partner - The Cotswolds
Class People are working with schools across the Cotswolds to recruit Learning Partners who can provide calm, consistent and encouraging support to pupils in the classroom.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children, building positive relationships and helping pupils feel confident in their learning. Many of the children you'll support simply need a steady adult alongside them to help them stay focused and engaged.

The Role
As a Learning Partner, you will:

Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups during lessons

Help children understand tasks and build independence

Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or emotional needs

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment

Who This Role Suits
We'd like to hear from people who:

Have experience working with children or young people (schools, care, youth work or similar)

Are patient, reliable and confident supporting individual needs

Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team

Want to make a meaningful difference in Cotswolds schools

This role is suitable for both experienced Learning Partners and those looking to begin or develop a career in education.
