B005 Student Wellbeing Mentor (SEND/Inclusion)

In this role, you will deliver tailored one-to-one and group support that promotes learner wellbeing, resilience, confidence and engagement. You’ll work closely with curriculum, support and safeguarding teams to ensure learners, including those with SEND and EHCPs, receive the right support to achieve their goals. You’ll adapt resources and interventions to meet individual needs, monitor learner progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records. You’ll also contribute to wellbeing initiatives across the college, helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive environment, while identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns in line with college policies and procedures.
About You
- Experience of working with and supporting young people aged 16 and above or experience in pastoral support roles.
- Experience in roles specifically supporting mental health and wellbeing.
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above - or L2 at functional Skills (or willingness to complete).
