We are seeing to appoint two enthusiastic, dedicated and caring teaching assistants to work with two year 3 children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The role involves provided targeted support to help the pupil access the curriculum, engage with learning and achieve their full potential.
Please note there are two roles available.
The post involves supporting them in class 17.5 hours Per week (over 5 mornings 8.45am-12.15pm), term time only.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to:
• be a team player
• be calm, patient and adaptable
• communicate well
• demonstrate that they have experience of working with children (in any setting)
• communicate evaluations and continuous assessment to the class teacher and SENCo
• build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
• motivate and encourage children
• promote our school values
