Based at - Marling School
Marling School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Trips & Enrichment Officer to join our caring and dedicated support team. This is an exciting and varied role that blends creative communication with event coordination, all while playing a vital part in enriching the lives of our students and families.
Start Date – ASAP
Actual Salary - £14,687 - £15,416
Hours: 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Each day includes an unpaid half hour lunch break.
Reporting to the School Officer & Operations Manager, and working closely with the Senior Leadership and staff team, you will help to promote the school’s ethos and activities, and will lead the coordination of school trips, visits, and enrichment programmes: supporting the school’s vision of delivering exceptional student experiences beyond the classroom.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate and administer a wide range of school trips, events, and enrichment activities for students in Years 7–13.
• Work with departments to promote curriculum and enrichment initiatives through consistent and high-quality messaging.
• Use systems such as Bromcom, ParentPay, and SharePoint to support communication, payments, and permissions.
• Provide administrative and logistical support that ensures the smooth, safe, and efficient running of activities and events.
We are looking for someone who:
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Has good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Is confident using IT systems and digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Can work flexibly and collaboratively with a range of staff, students, parents, and external providers.
• Can manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally.
• Brings initiative and a passion for helping students make the most of their school experience.
