Salary: £30,661-£33,828 per annum

(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Required: 1st July 2026                                                                                                   

We are seeking to appoint a member of the pastoral team to take a lead on the planning, funding and delivery of the enrichment programme.  Reporting to the Head of Pastoral the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and development of the enrichment programme This will include researching, identifying and bidding for external funding streams, as well as being part of the delivery of a high-quality enrichment programme. They will provide opportunities for all students to access activities that will help support them to thrive at college and beyond.  Ensuring that the programme is varied and adds to the student’s experience at college, the successful candidate will need to be highly organised and have strong networking skills in order to bring together internal and external people and organisations.
