The Cover Manager role requires an early start on Thursdays and Fridays, 7am to 3pm (with a 30 min unpaid lunch break). We are looking for an organised and proactive Cover Manager and Administrator to join our supportive and fast-paced team from 1st September 2026. If you join us, a typical day in this role may see you coordinating daily teacher cover arrangements, managing absence records, updating cover systems, and communicating changes to staff in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide wider administrative support to the school, ensuring the smooth running of operational processes and maintaining accurate records.
You are likely to have gained strong organisational skills and experience of managing administrative systems through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
