Hours: Part Time, Permanent, 32.5 hours per week,the post is available for up to 32.5 hours per week; however, reduced hours and working patterns can be negotiated. Term Time only, equivalent to 39 weeks.
Salary: Grade 4, Points 6 - 8 £25,989 – £26,824 Full Time Equivalent (Actual £19,613 – £20,243)

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic KS5 Administrator who will provide administrative support for the KS5 Leadership Team.

Key aspects of the role include:

• To support Sixth Form enrolment and timetabling.
• To co-ordinate the administration of the student recruitment and application process.
• To support the organisation of the sixth Form Open Evening.
• To monitor and record Sixth Form internal and external applications and provide updated reports to the Director of Sixth Form.
• To support the organisation of the Sixth Form Taster Days and the Sixth Form Induction process.
• To monitor and record KS5 attendance data and report to Assistant Director of Sixth Form – Pastoral.
• To support the preparation of promotional material for Prospectus and Sixth Form area of the website.

This individual will be an integral member of the Sixth Form Team.  Our successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, paired with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to relate well to 16-18 year olds.  This role willrequirethe ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff within the Sixth Form Community.  Excellent time management and IT skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently.

Chosen Hill School is a thriving comprehensive academy, judged good by Ofsted in all categories.  It is a large, popular and successful 11-18 Academy School situated in Churchdown halfway between Cheltenham and Gloucester.  We have around 1350 students on roll, of which 200 are in the Sixth Form.  Chosen Hill is a happy school, where students, staff and parents work closely in partnership.
