Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, Term Time Only (40 weeks)

We are seeking a knowledgeable, organised and proactive Exam Data Support Officer to join our Exams team, providing essential operational and data support. This is a key role supporting the Head of Exams ensuring the college meets all it’s external and internal deadlines and remains fully compliant with JCQ regulations.

The role focuses on exam timetabling, room bookings, capacity planning, and invigilator planning, ensuring that all examinations are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with minimal disruption.

We are looking for someone who can:

Work across departments to ensure that the data we are using is accurate and timely, and that the team are able to plan effectively and deliver year-round exams and assessments.
Be able to confidently and efficiently upload large data files to exam boards as required.
Manage and manipulate information, providing reports to allow us to continually improve our services.
Timetable exams and assessments, liaising with other teams to ensure all access arrangements can be met and we can schedule invigilators as needed.
If you have experience working in an administrative and/or big data-focused role, perhaps you have exams administration experience, or a compliance-based role—and you are a confident communicator with strong IT literacy, and a commitment to supporting young people—we would love to hear from you.

This role is 37 hours per week, 40 weeks of the year.
