Are you a confident relationship builder with a passion for business development?
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Lead for Apprenticeships to grow our apprenticeship provision by securing new employer partnerships, generating apprenticeship opportunities and supporting business growth.
What You'll Do
Develop new employer relationships and identify apprenticeship opportunities.
Grow and manage a pipeline of new business leads.
Support employers to recruit apprentices and develop their workforce.
Promote apprenticeships through networking events, employer visits and marketing activities.
Work with existing employers to increase apprenticeship recruitment.
Help create opportunities for T-Level industry placements.
Achieve apprenticeship growth and employer engagement targets.
What We're Looking For
Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, account management or employer engagement.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, target-focused approach.
Strong organisational and digital skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of apprenticeships or the education sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
