This is a senior, non-teaching role, and while previous experience in education is not essential, a commitment to supporting a thriving school community is key.
Reporting directly to the Headteacher, you will lead the development and delivery of the school’s operational systems, ensuring they are efficient, well-coordinated and support high-quality decision-making across the school community.
This is a senior, non-teaching role where your leadership will have a direct impact on staff, students and the wider community.
Core Areas of responsibility are:
Operational Leadership
Staffing and Timetabling

Partnership & Community Engagement
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience managing data systems and operational processes
Demonstrates strong organisational and leadership skills
Is confident analysing and presenting data to inform decisions
Has experience coordinating teams, events or complex operations
Understands health & safety and compliance requirements
Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
You will be proactive, solutions-focused and committed to continuous improvement, with a genuine passion for supporting education.
As part of our team, the successful candidate will lead by example — recognising the opportunity in every interaction to make a difference, and inspiring others to bring out the best in every student. Together, we achieve excellence through inclusion, fostering a culture of ambition, trust, kindness, determination, and high expectations for all, creating an environment where every young person can dream big, work hard, and achieve their fullest potential.
Our staff are at the heart of what we do. We offer a range of benefits designed to support wellbeing and professional growth, including:
Membership with Education Mutual, providing health and wellbeing support
A positive and inclusive working environment where everyone is valued
A strong team spirit and a genuine sense of buzz and energy across the school

Our commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity underpins everything we do — from how we support our students to how we work together as colleagues. Our vision is to achieve excellence through inclusion. We believe that varied perspectives strengthen our school and enrich the learning experience for everyone. We actively encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and identities and are dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and able to thrive.
This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff, and volunteers, to share the same commitment. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
