Due to a promotion within the current administration team, we are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy school office.
This role involves a variety of administrative duties, including responding to enquiries, assisting in the day to day management of school database systems, registers, dinner monies and pupil welfare.
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to deal sympathetically with parents and pupils
• The ability to work under pressure in an environment where there are constant interruptions
• Excellent ICT skills
• Good organisation skills with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• The ability to work on your own initiative
• An understanding of confidentiality
• Experience of working in a school office is desirable.
Working hours - four mornings, plus school hours every Friday
Closing date - 12pm on 7th July 2026
