Salary: NJC Grade 5, Scale point 11 – 14 from £28,142 - £29,540 per annum pro rata.
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time 37 hours per week. Term time plus INSET plus 5 extra days Days/Times Monday to Thursday 08.30-16:30 & Friday 08.30-16:00 (with a daily 30-minute unpaid break)

St Rose’s is the organizational name in which St Rose’s School, St Martin’s College and Residential Care sits within, working on the same site and sharing some facilities. St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non- maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
We are looking for an outstanding administrator to work with the Management Team in St Martin’s providing them with day-to-day support in all areas. You will be required to: record attendance, communicate with parents, prepare for, and minute the Education Health Care Plan for all students and collate and distribute the final report, provide support on the management information system used to record college students with the Education & Skills Fund Agency. You will be based in St Martin’s College and perform other general administrative duties as directed such as recruitment administration and covering reception for absence.
