Must Have’s
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (Electrical, IT or Computer science)
• At least 2 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or BMS systems
• Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure and data centre operations
• Proven skills in testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel to sites and adapt to dynamic project needs

Nice to have’s
• Experience with Trend or Tridium BMS systems
• Background in network configuration and server setup
• Familiarity with QA processes and commissioning documentation
• Client-facing experience in high-pressure, live environments
• Knowledge of both UK and international commissioning standards

So what will you be doing?
• Developing specialist skills in either BMS Development or Commissioning & PPM
• Supporting the deployment and maintenance of data centre control systems
• Conducting on-site system testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Leading commissioning teams to ensure project specifications are met
• Programming and configuring BMS hardware/software for live environments
• Maintaining documentation for QA, testing, and system handovers
• Engaging directly with clients to deliver high operational standards
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation across technical solutions
