Must Have's:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or BMS systems
- Strong knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure and data centre operations
- Proven testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution skills
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
- Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project environments
Nice to Have's:
- Experience with Trend or Tridium BMS systems
- Background in network configuration and server setup
- Familiarity with QA processes and commissioning documentation
- Client-facing experience in high-pressure, live settings
- Knowledge of UK and international commissioning standards
So, What Will You Be Doing?
- Developing specialist skills in BMS Development or Commissioning & PPM
- Supporting deployment and maintenance of data centre control systems
- Performing on-site system testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Leading commissioning teams to meet project specifications
- Programming and configuring BMS hardware/software in live environments
- Maintaining documentation for QA, testing, and handovers
- Engaging directly with clients to ensure operational excellence
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation across technical solutions
