We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Administration Support professional to join a commissioning team supporting the delivery of Hinkley Point C. We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Administration Support professional to join a commissioning team supporting the delivery of Hinkley Point C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Lifetime Quality Record Packs (LTQRs) supporting procurement, calibration, certification and project delivery.
- Complete administration activities relating to Asset Suit 9 (AS9), including CATID creation and regular reporting.
- Support End of Erection Status Reports (EESR) for temporary projects.
- Coordinate contractor data into Teamcenter.
- Provide effective administrative support to commissioning and project teams.
- Build strong working relationships with project stakeholders and team members.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Support wider project administration activities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Essential: Proven experience working with Asset Suit 9 (AS9).
- Strong administration experience within a project environment.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail when preparing and reviewing documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills with diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of quality requirements within regulated environments.
- Commitment to high standards of health, safety and compliance.
