The Role
As the Domestic Energy Assessor, you'll:
- Carry out Domestic Energy Assessments on residential properties
- Produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Collect property data and input into approved assessment software
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Manage appointments and travel within the Gloucester area
- Maintain professional communication with clients and homeowners
To be successful in the role of Domestic Energy Assessor, you'll bring:
- A qualification and accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
- Experience producing EPCs preferred
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently
