Location: Cinderford, Gloucestershire

Position: Full time, Permanent - Shift Work

Salary: Negotiable from £35,000 + Shift Allowance

We are in search of a Multi-Skilled Engineer who possesses the ability to identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults in product machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs to maximise equipment reliability and uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems efficiently.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with Shift Leaders and operators to prioritise maintenance tasks and reduce production disruption.
• Maintain and support critical factory services and utilities to ensure continuous operation.
• Ensure all machinery operates safely and complies with health, safety, and company standards at all times.

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience working within mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience within a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment.
• Confident and methodical faultfinder with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Effective team player who can collaborate across departments, while also working independently and taking ownership of tasks when required.
