Job Description Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Location Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire Hybrid 3 days/week on site We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Marketing Engineer to join our Styli and Fixturing Division, supporting our fixturing product line for metrology applications. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in product marketing and a technical mindset, or someone looking to transition from a technical to a more commercial role. You will serve as the principal advocate and ambassador for our fixturing solutions, driving their success across the business. The position is primarily based at our New Mills site near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. Some travel to other company locations and overseas may be required to support subsidiaries, trade shows and customers. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the engineering principles underpinning fixturing for metrology applications and effectively communicate these to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as the primary advocate for the fixturing product line, driving growth and market adoption through proactive engagement with internal teams, subsidiaries and customers. Collaborate closely with engineering, sales and marketing teams to craft compelling product messaging, support go-to-market strategies and launch new products. Gather and analyse market feedback to inform product development, identify new opportunities and ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations and training both in-house and externally. Analyse and understand sales data to help drive decision making. Travel as required to subsidiaries and customer sites to support sales growth, build relationships and champion the product line. Key requirements Hold a degree in Engineering or similar technical experience. Possess a solid technical foundation with the ability to quickly grasp complex engineering concepts, particularly those relevant to fixturing and metrology. Have a passion for innovation and either a keen interest in transitioning into a commercial, customer-facing role or prior experience. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into customer benefits. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Be self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic about taking ownership of the product line and driving its success.
