Probe Repair Technician

Gloucester

Probo Medical is a diagnostic imaging equipment distributor that delivers high-quality, affordable imaging equipment and services to medical practices around the country.

Our mission is to increase access to healthcare services for every patient worldwide, and we believe that this starts with reducing healthcare costs and empowering medical professionals to make smarter decisions for their healthcare business. We care about making healthcare more affordable, without compromising on quality.

We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing, inspecting, and repairing a wide range of multi- vendor ultrasound probes to ensure they meet our strict quality and performance standards.

You’ll work with precision tools and diagnostic equipment, accurately log items, and help manage workflow through priority test queues.

You’ll also play an important role in maintaining our commitment to healthcare-grade quality by assisting with cosmetic repairs and ensuring every probe is returned to a professional finish. The role requires excellent attention to detail, good technical aptitude, and strong organisational skills to keep repairs efficient and traceable from arrival to dispatch.

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, methodical, and eager to learn. If you have any experience in electronics testing or repair then so much the better but as long as you have excellent attention to detail and high accuracy then we will provide training.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for high-quality technical work. If you take pride in precision and enjoy working as part of a skilled, collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

In return, we offer:

  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

  • Private Health Insurance
  • Employee Referral Scheme of £1000
  • Dog friendly offices
