Production Manager – Precision Engineering | Cheltenham 
4-Day Week (Monday to Thursday)

7:30am – 4:00pm |  £35,500 per annum

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead a small, skilled team and help drive performance, compliance, and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across the shop floor.

Manage and mentor a small team of operators, inspectors, and specialists.

Drive production planning, scheduling and ensure on-time delivery to customer requirements.

Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and health & safety regulations.

Support training, development, and continuous improvement across the team.

Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and stores to optimise workflow.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.

Understanding of AS9100 and quality compliance.

Strong people skills with the ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.

Organised, proactive, and capable of solving problems on the shop floor.

Experience with MRP systems would be beneficial.
