Estimator - Bristol (Flexible Working)
Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + Excellent Package + Bonus

We re supporting a respected and well-established main contractor based in Bristol as they continue to grow their reputation for delivering high-quality, design-led construction projects. They are looking to appoint an Estimator to take a leading role in securing a robust pipeline of new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £500k to £12m.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor that s proud of its heritage, serious about growth, and committed to delivering exceptional buildings across the education, commercial, healthcare, industrial and heritage sectors.

The Role
You ll play a key part in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing competitive and accurate tenders and cost plans. From frameworks to negotiated D&B projects, you ll liaise closely with the design and delivery teams, manage supply chain input, and ensure bids are commercially sound, well-presented, and aligned with client expectations.

What We re Looking For:

  • 5+ years estimating experience
  • Expertise in pricing tenders across various contract types (D&B, traditional, two-stage)
  • Excellent understanding of current market rates, subcontractor engagement, and cost planning
  • Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across functions and driving success
