We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking SME delivering high-value, complex construction projects (£100k–£8m)—and they’re looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their close-knit commercial team.

The Role

• Prepare detailed and competitive tenders
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams
• Value engineer solutions to meet budgets
• Support cost control, procurement, and project delivery
• Attend occasional site visits (approx. 1x per month)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience estimating within the construction industry (essential)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
• Ambitious and keen to develop

📍 Ideal for candidates within 45 minutes of Cheltenham / Gloucester

Salary £28,000-£46,000 d.o.e
