Your Role

We are looking for talented individuals to help us accelerate growth. Roles will require initial time in our Cheltenham office to immerse yourself in our culture and products, with flexibility to move to one-three days per week minimum as your knowledge develops.

Role Overview

Lead strategic marketing initiatives for Hexiosec, driving demand generation through data-driven campaigns and innovative content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support pipeline growth.
  • Plan and own campaigns, budgeting, and performance optimisation.
  • Create high-quality content (videos, graphics, blogs, case studies).
  • Manage and optimise HubSpot workflows, automations, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth MQL→SQL handover.
  • Track and report KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion) and continuously improve campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing tech to scale content and campaign execution.
  • Provide thought leadership and market insights to shape positioning.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B marketing experience in cybersecurity or SaaS with measurable demand-gen success.
  • Strong strategic planning skills combined with hands-on execution ability (“knows what to do and does it” rather than “figures out what to do and tells others to do it”).
  • Skilled in copywriting and storytelling; able to simplify technical concepts.
  • Data-driven, creative, organised, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Desirables

  • Expertise in HubSpot and LinkedIn; confident in analytics and reporting.
  • Web design and development skills.
  • Experience in event planning and community-building.
  • Digital ad optimisation.

Compensation

  • Base: £65,000-80,000 pa
  • Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary (performance-based)
