Must Have’s
- Previous account management or client-facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
- Proven ability to manage projects and hit performance targets
- Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for client visits and on-site meetings
Nice to have’s
- Background in events, exhibitions, or the AV industry
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and sustainable business practices
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or high-profile clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting on KPIs
So what will you be doing?
- Managing a portfolio of clients and developing long-term relationships
- Supporting the Exhibition Manager in achieving sales and retention targets
- Leading projects and ensuring seamless client delivery from start to finish
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base
- Attending client visits and providing on-site support
- Promoting health, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of your work
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs while maintaining strong client satisfaction
