Must haves:

  • Experience in a Supply Chain role within the food and drink sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer service focus with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
  • Able to analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organisational time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Nice to haves:

  • CIPS Level 2 qualified.
  • Experience with supply chain software.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling).

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure supply chain continuity
  • Analyse data and market trends to forecast product demand
  • Manage transportation, storage, and stock movements between depots
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Resolve stock issues and support sales and account managers
  • Make cost-effective purchasing decisions to maximise margin
  • Promote health & safety, food safety, and ESG practices
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
