Project Manager - Senior Position

Just Farm has an immediate senior vacancy within our office team. We are looking for a highly organised, disciplined, communicator with proven management experience delivering complex projects. At Just Farm we are passionate about helping Farmers and Landowners achieve successful outcomes. This position is a senior role within our fast-growing business based, in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of delivering complex Higher-Tier Stewardship Projects
- Apply a PMO approach in further refining our processes to maximise desired outcomes
- Working closely with our Client Managers and Client Directors to enhance the experience delivered through timely communication, attention to detail and problem solving
- Own targets and control outcomes
Requirements
- Degree level education with a minimum 5 years in Project Management
- Proactive Team Player able to work in a tight knit team, championing colleagues and driving shared goals
- Demonstrate excellent and effective communication skills to influence decisions and present value-lead propositions
- Be passionate about the countryside, working with Farmers and Landowners, to build an understanding of what drives this essential industry
No specific industry experience is necessary.
This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will work from our office near Bourton on the Water, Gloucestershire and be required to live within 40 minutes driving time.
