Role Overview
As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the business, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring robust financial governance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and annual reporting cycles
- Conduct contract and project reviews to support decision-making and financials
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support departmental managers with financial insights and performance tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and controls
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 1–5 years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally within FM, construction, or engineering sectors
- Strong analytical and communication and IT skills
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to operational excellence
