Role Overview

As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the business, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring robust financial governance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and annual reporting cycles
  • Conduct contract and project reviews to support decision-making and financials
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Support departmental managers with financial insights and performance tracking
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and controls

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • 1–5 years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally within FM, construction, or engineering sectors
  • Strong analytical and communication and IT skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to operational excellence
