• Strong management accounting expertise (budgets, forecasts, cash flow)

Key Responsibilities for a Management Accountant
• Prepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Support clients with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Keep accounts up to date to ensure smooth year-end processes
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear reporting and advice
• Use cloud accounting and reporting software to deliver tailored insights
• Identify and recommend process improvements, embracing digital solutions
• Promote GM culture by modelling positive behaviours and supporting diversity
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and consistent data entry across systems
• Act with confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity at all times
• Support initiatives to improve profitability, efficiency, and client service
