Group Account Director - Acquirz

Hybrid – Home-based & Leckhampton, Cheltenham

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £30,000+)

Reporting to: 2x Company Directors

What We Offer

About the Role

As Group Account Director at Acquirz, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key B2B client accounts while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, deepen client engagement, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.

This is a highly commercial and direct role, ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in B2B data-driven marketing, digital marketing, or direct marketing. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and delivering against ambitious KPIs and revenue targets.

Success in this role will require a strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution. You will thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment where consultative selling, problem-solving, and exceptional client service are key to delivering result.
