Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update client records to accurately track usage and associated costs.
-Enter and process data, billing periods, charges, and supplier invoice information.
-Verify and validate client invoices, ensuring accuracy before processing.
-Support the resolution of billing queries by liaising with both clients and suppliers.
-Communicate with clients and suppliers daily via telephone and email.
-Act as a point of contact with gas and electricity providers on behalf of clients.
-Collect and compile utility information to support the sales team during the tendering process.
-Support the wider Bureau with additional admin tasks as required
Candidate Attributes:

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Hours – Monday to Friday– 9am to 5pm (earlier Friday finishing)
Salary – £25000 - PLUS
