Temporary Finance and Operations Administrator – Immediate Start
Gloucester
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded family-run business, is looking for an organised, detail-oriented and dependable individual to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 weeks at their office in Gloucester.
This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting the business with day-to-day finance and operational tasks in an environment where no two days are the same.
*To be considered for the role you must be able to pass a DBS check*
Responsibilities:
-Consolidating payroll data for submission to an external payroll provider
-Managing recruitment administration — offer letters, contracts, and new-starter forms
-Coordinating new employee vetting, including DBS checks and reference requests
-Maintaining and updating staff files and the training matrix
-Managing and updating resident files
-Ordering supplies and liaising with contractors
-Verifying received goods against purchase invoices
-Issuing resident invoices and allocating payments from residents and the local authority
-Producing weekly and monthly reports for Head Office
Salary - £15 per hour
Hours – Monday to Friday
