Gloucestershire College is recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join our supportive and forward-thinking Finance team. This is a fantastic entry point for anyone with transferable skills looking to begin a career in finance, even if you don’t have a formal finance background.
In this role, you’ll work closely with different departments to understand their goals, support their financial decisions, and contribute to the college’s success. You’ll learn valuable skills like budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis – all while being supported by a friendly, experienced team.
We offer hybrid working, flexible hours, and are open to term-time or part-time arrangements. Plus, we offer development opportunities to support you within your career and a generous holiday entitlement of up to 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional 3-day Christmas closure!
