Senior Financial Advisor - Shape the Future of Wealth Management

This forward-thinking, IFA firm is on a bold growth trajectory, with a current turnover of £6 million and aspirations to reach £20 million. With approximately £750 million in client assets under management and strategic plans to scale to £2 billion in discretionary assets within 5 years, the firm is building a legacy of excellence, ethics, and innovation.

Inherit and manage an existing book of high-net-worth individuals, transitioned directly from the directorship team, with a clear mandate to deepen relationships and drive growth.

Hybrid working available (home and office-based)

Salary up to £100,000 + Bonus

Operating across key locations including Cheltenham, Malvern, Hereford, and Cirencester, the business is known for its client-first ethos, exceptional planning standards, and a commitment to treating customers fairly. Now seeking a Senior Advisor, this is a rare opportunity to lead from the front and play a pivotal role in the firm's continued transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-value portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering bespoke estate planning and advanced financial strategies.
  • Develop new client relationships through professional networks, referrals, and partnerships with solicitors, accountants, and business leaders.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic, high-performance advice team supported by expert paraplanners and client service administrators.
  • Gradually take ownership of a significant client book ( £60-70 million AUM), positioning for leadership and future equity involvement.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, succession initiatives, and potential future directorship within the wider organisation.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Financial Adviser in the UK market
  • Demonstrated success advising high-net-worth individuals, particularly entrepreneurs, business owners, and those navigating exits.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial matters and earn lasting client trust.
  • Strong business development capabilities and experience building networks that generate consistent, high-quality referrals.
  • Deep technical knowledge with a passion for mentoring clients and achieving growth targets through relationship excellence.

Salary: £70,000 to £160,000 Annual +

Hours Per Week: Full Time
