Team Administrator

Our distribution client based in Pershore are currently recruiting for an administrator to join their small and friendly team on a full time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the team supporting multiple business areas including sales support, finance and customer service.
To apply for this role you must have previous admin experience working within a busy office.
Responsibilities:
-Process sales orders and following up on quotations
-Keep customers up to date with progress of orders
-Work closed with suppliers to ensure deliveries are on time and meeting customer expectation
-Assist sales team with admin as required
-Working with accounts on customer invoices
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: up to £27,000 depending on experience + free parking
