Our client based in Stroud (Gloucestershire) are currently recruiting for an individual to join their accounts/finance team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities;
- Input and manage both sales and supplier invoices within the SAP system
- Track incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring they are correctly allocated against relevant invoices
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register
- Carry out regular reviews and reconciliation of customer and vendor balances
- Perform bank reconciliations by comparing financial records against bank statements
- Keep internal systems up to date with amendments or changes
- Log cash transactions along with corresponding purchase documentation
- Prepare and post journal entries on a monthly basis as needed
- Keep supporting spreadsheets up to date for reconciliation and reporting purposes

Key Attributes
- Previous finance/accounts experience
- Microsoft Excel skills (ideally within a finance/accounts role)
- SAP experience ideal

Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5pm (some flexibility may be offered e.g. for a school run) + Hybrid working from week 1

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits including:
