Counterbalance Forklift Driver

M4 Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client s close-knit team in a fast-paced and well-organised distribution environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous forklift experience who enjoys being hands-on and working as part of a supportive team.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the counterbalance forklift to move and stack goods

• Monitor stock levels and track inventory accurately using the warehouse management system

• Receive, inspect, and ship goods according to company procedures

• Assist in picking, packing, and labelling products for dispatch

• Perform occasional product assembly and light manufacturing tasks as required

• Ensure a tidy, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment

• Handle and move goods, including occasional heavy lifting

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift is essential

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence is required

• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Own transport required, as the site is not accessible by public transport and lacks pedestrian access
