I do this by providing tailored social media training, using the latest tips, tools and techniques to make your social media work hard – whether that’s raising awareness of your business or charity, helping you to attract more customers, or boosting sales and profits.

I’ve been providing straightforward, practical training for small businesses and charities since 2009… before social media was known as social media!
